Boiler Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boiler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with high-pressure and low-pressure steam boilers and a strong background in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of boiler systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, familiarity with HVAC/R systems, and the ability to interpret schematics. The Boiler Technician will ensure the safe and efficient operation of boiler equipment, supporting our industrial operations and maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair steam boiler systems (high-pressure and low-pressure)
• Troubleshoot boiler system issues using schematics and technical manuals
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal boiler performance and safety compliance
• Install new boiler systems and upgrade existing equipment as needed
• Monitor system parameters and make adjustments to maintain efficiency
• Diagnose mechanical failures related to hydraulics, HVAC/R, and other mechanical components
• Document all maintenance activities accurately in accordance with company procedures
• Collaborate with field service teams to resolve complex issues on-site at client facilities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all operations
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system status and maintenance needs

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance and boiler systems
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams
• Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and general industrial mechanics
• Experience with field service operations in industrial settings
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused approach
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to industrial equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

Pay: $ $55.00 per hour
