Position Overview

INFINITI OF DENVER is a Colorado-owned, family-run luxury dealership recognized nationally for exceptional client care and long-term relationships. We are seeking a Luxury Automotive Client Advisor who understands that true luxury is defined not only by the vehicle—but by the experience.

This role is ideal for a professional who values trust, hospitality, and consultative selling. You will guide clients through the ownership journey with integrity, expertise, and a commitment to long-term relationships rather than transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a refined, relationship-driven client experience consistent with INFINITI OF DENVER's standards of Thoughtful Hospitality
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-through
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend appropriate vehicles, features, and ownership solutions
  • Present vehicles professionally, including product demonstrations and test drives
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of INFINITI vehicles, technology, and competitive offerings
  • Manage pricing discussions, financing options, and trade-in evaluations ethically and transparently
  • Oversee the full sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up
  • Proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referral business
  • Prospect and develop new business through networking, outreach, and relationship cultivation
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication history within CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with finance, service, and leadership teams to ensure seamless transactions
  • Represent INFINITI OF DENVER at exclusive client events, vehicle launches, and community engagements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles (luxury experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand environment
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with discerning clientele
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital retail tools
