Quality Manager Movetia is the agency for exchanges and mobility. Do you want to take on the challenge of designing and implementing a quality management system from its inception? Do you care about leaving a lasting impact? Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our cross-functional team for this newly created position.Your tasks:You define and manage a quality management system at a large scale, ensuring clear, effective, and efficient processes while embedding sustainable quality and continuous improvement at the heart of the institution's culture. As a function that directly reports to management, you play a key role in our processes, strengthening our partners' capacities and the continuous evolution of our projects. You design, develop, and implement a comprehensive quality management system based on a recognized framework. You define, document, and maintain key processes, management, and support processes. You ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulations, and external requirements (e.g., funding logic) and establish a continuous improvement process (CIP). You are responsible for process mapping, process descriptions, guidelines, and work instructions. You define quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring the execution of internal audits. Drawing on your consulting skills, you raise awareness and guide managers and teams on all issues related to quality, processes, risks, controls, and compliance. You ensure the functionality of quality managers in the various areas and facilitate discussions on process design, lessons learned, and profile measures. You have a higher education degree (ES/HES/University), ideally with a major in quality management, development, or equivalent. Continuous training in quality management (e.g., quality manager, lead ISO auditor, CAS QM/process management) and several years of experience, particularly in the independent implementation of quality systems, complete your profile. Experience in the service sector or non-profit organizations is an advantage. You are familiar with quality management systems, and the working languages are French or German, with very good knowledge of English (German level B2 if it is not your first spoken or written language). You demonstrate an affinity for tools and have a strong command of current market IT solutions. You work independently, are solution-oriented and implementation-focused, with strong conceptual skills and a good sense of teamwork.
