Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Montclair, NJ. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, handling labor and employment law cases, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and engaging in negotiation processes. Additionally, the role may involve representing clients in legal proceedings and maintaining regular communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Law, with a focus on Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in offering Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal Research
• Excellent Negotiation skills to represent clients effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in New Jersey
• Prior experience in employment or labor law is a plus
• Commitment to upholding professional ethics and confidentiality
• Admissions in New Jersey and New York
