Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the frontline voice of Arnold's. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, scheduling service, managing accounts, and ensuring accuracy in orders and communication. The CSR works closely with dispatch, operations, and the sales team to help provide efficient, timely service and maintain our reputation for top-quality customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism, courtesy, and urgency.
- Provide product and service information for portable restrooms, trailers, pumping services, and related offerings.
- Assist customers with placing orders, requesting service, understanding invoices, and navigating rental needs.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, or service issues by resolving them promptly or escalating to appropriate departments.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Create, update, and manage service orders in company systems with accuracy.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and timely service completion.
- Communicate schedule updates or service exceptions to customers as needed.
- Support the operations team with day-to-day scheduling adjustments.
Administrative Support
- Process payments, create invoices, and update customer
