As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our financial operations and maintain the integrity of our day-to-day accounting functions.

Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to purchasing, vendor invoicing, payments, and general bookkeeping. This position works closely with the Controller and CFO to support financial reporting, ensure compliance, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

While the primary focus is Accounts Payable, this role may also support Accounts Receivable functions as needed and will participate in creating and managing purchase orders for vendors.
