Experienced Pool Technician – Maintenance Route

We're one of the fastest-growing pool construction companies in montgomery county, and we're expanding our maintenance division. We're looking for an experienced Pool Technician who knows the job, works efficiently, and takes pride in running a clean, well-managed route.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned tech who wants steady work, competitive per-pool pay, and room to grow with a company that's actively expanding.

Current route: ~45 pools (with more being added)

Pay: $12–$15 per pool, based on experience and performance

What You'll Be Doing

• Independently managing a weekly maintenance route
• Skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and maintaining clean, clear pools
• Testing and balancing water chemistry efficiently and accurately
• Inspecting equipment and handling routine troubleshooting
• Identifying potential issues early and recommending solutions
• Using hand and power tools for basic repairs and upkeep
• Keeping clear, simple service records
• Providing professional, straightforward communication with customers

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Pool Technician 1-2 years preferred
• Strong understanding of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented
• Mechanically inclined with solid troubleshooting skills
• Professional and customer-focused
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
