Schedule Needed:

• Mondays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Fridays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The KC Spa—Platte City's premier luxury wellness destination—is seeking a polished, friendly, and hospitality-driven Spa Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a warm, bubbly personality who is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in cleaning, organizing, and creating a beautifully maintained environment for our guests.

Position Overview

The Spa Concierge is the welcoming face of The KC Spa, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious experience from start to finish. This role combines front-desk hospitality, guest care, and meticulous upkeep of our spa's elegant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, bubbly, polished presence
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and process payments
• Accurately input and update client information in the booking system
• Assist with hosting spa days and guiding guests throughout their visit
• Offer & serve complimentary beverages including hot tea, spa water, coffee, and specialty spa-day smoothies
• Prepare smoothies and maintain a clean, organized refreshment area
• Assist guests with selecting skincare, retail, and spa products
• Promote spa services, specials, memberships, and gift card offerings
• Operate, reset, and thoroughly sanitize the infrared sauna between guests

Cleaning & Facility Responsibilities

(Must genuinely enjoy cleaning, organizing, and detail-oriented tasks)

• Clean and maintain the sauna room, bathrooms, lobby, hallways, and treatment areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas
• Dust shelves and retail displays
• Face and straighten retail shelves to maintain a polished, high-end appearance
• Assist with laundry: washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens
• Support providers with room turnover and light cleaning between services
• Outdoor upkeep:
• Leaf blow the entryways to maintain a clean and welcoming entrance
• Winter: Shovel and salt the front steps and walkway for guest safety

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly, naturally bubbly personality
• Highly detail-oriented and enjoys cleaning and organizing
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Professional, polished communication and presentation
• Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Comfortable with computers, booking software, and point-of-sale systems
• Interest in skincare, wellness, and spa services
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, and team-oriented
• Previous spa or salon experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
