We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Service Technician to join our team in beautiful Key West

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Service Technician to perform residential and commercial service work, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and complete installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs
• Install wiring, panels, outlets, lighting, and other electrical systems
• Perform service upgrades and maintenance work
• Provide outstanding customer service at every job site
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and customers
• Operate company vehicle and maintain tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of electrical service experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have own hand tools (specialty tools provided)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional emergency/on-call work as needed

Compensation:

• $30–$39 per hour, depending on experience
