Why This Role Exists
Nektyd is growing through inbound, referrals, and content — but we need more humans sending us opportunities.
This role is about opening doors, not hard selling.
You will:
- Find people who already serve our buyers
- Start smart conversations
- Book intro calls
- Build long-term partner pipelines
What You'll Do
Every week you will:
Research and build lists of:
- Agencies serving contractors
- Influencers in snow, lawn, sweeping, asphalt
- Coaches, consultants, communities
- Equipment brands and vendors
Send thoughtful outreach:
- Email, LinkedIn, or other channels
- Value-first messages (not spam)
- Follow-ups that don't annoy people
Book intro calls with:
- Potential affiliates
- Partners
- Co-marketing opportunities
Track everything:
- Who was contacted
- Who replied
- Who booked
- What worked
You do not close deals.
You create warm doors for the founder to walk through.
What Success Looks Like
Week 1:
- Lists built
- Outreach started
Week 2:
- Replies coming in
- First calls booked
Week 3:
- Multiple intro calls booked
- Clear signal on what messaging works
No activity, no replies, no bookings = not a fit.
Skills We Want
Must-have:
- Comfortable doing outreach daily
- Good written communication
- Organized and reliable
- Not scared of follow-up
- Can execute without being micromanaged
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with partnerships, PR, influencer outreach, or biz dev
- SaaS or contractor industry familiarity
- Comfortable using tools like:
- Notion / Google Sheets
- Email tools
- ChatGPT / AI
Hours & Pay
- ~10 hours per week
- $25+/hour depending on experience
- Bonus per booked qualified intro call
- Fully remote
This starts as a trial.
Strong performance = more hours, more pay, more growth and responsibility.
