Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stage outgoing shipments and load them onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Respond to supervisor's instructions and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and workflow in the logistics department.
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred. Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 pounds consistently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory principles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
