Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin distribution center is seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate. This role is crucial for managing the flow of products and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, including order fulfillment, inventory management, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the facility. This position demands efficiency and accuracy in all tasks related to our logistics pipeline. Adherence to strict Safety guidelines is non-negotiable, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be maintained at all times. The job requires consistent physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of materials up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and operating warehouse equipment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and work well under pressure. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are highly valued. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is an advantage.
