Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Nashville, Tennessee, and play a vital role in our fulfillment process! This position is essential for getting our products to customers accurately and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists, carefully packing items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and preparing packages for shipment. You will also assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is a core part of this job. We are dedicated to your Safety, providing thorough training on operational procedures, safe Lifting techniques, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
