We are hiring a proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on efficiently processing customer orders. Key responsibilities include accurately picking items from inventory using hand-held scanners, meticulously packing orders to meet quality standards, and preparing them for shipment. You will also assist with receiving and stocking incoming goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining an organized warehouse. Adherence to all Safety guidelines and procedures is essential, and comprehensive training will be provided on proper Lifting techniques and the use of necessary PPE. Understanding the flow of goods within the logistics chain is a plus. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform moderate Lifting, and work with speed and precision.
