Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify shipping information and apply labels correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or RF scanners as trained.
- Meet established productivity and quality goals.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for Lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
