Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and ensuring proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks or scanning devices, after proper training.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning PPE and workplace safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
