We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips, carefully packaging those items for safe shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized workspace and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the warehouse. Adherence to all safety protocols is paramount. We encourage candidates with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality to apply. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing the required duties, including regular Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
