You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders, using hand-held scanners and other picking equipment to ensure accuracy and inventory control. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is paramount to our operational efficiency and safety protocols. We expect our Order Pickers to adhere strictly to all warehouse policies and procedures, including those related to product handling and inventory management. Constant communication with supervisors and team members is essential to maintain workflow and address any potential issues promptly. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout your shift. The ability to perform required lifting of up to 50 lbs unassisted is necessary. We provide all the necessary PPE to ensure your well-being on the job.
