We are hiring dedicated Warehouse Workers for our growing operation in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in a range of activities, from receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong commitment to Safety and operational excellence is required. This is a physically demanding position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in handling materials and adhering to all warehouse protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Contribute to efficient logistics flow within the warehouse.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 55 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Awareness of Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
