Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Transport materials between different areas of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Use mandated PPE consistently and correctly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred. Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical strength and endurance, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of basic logistics principles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable and possess a strong commitment to safety.
