Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our busy logistics facility in Dallas, Texas. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring all logistics processes run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on responsibility and contribute significantly to our supply chain success.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and system updates.
  • Oversee the efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Train and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers and manage inbound/outbound logistics.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Deep understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to enforcing the use of PPE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in logistics.
