We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy facility in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your contributions are vital to our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate product handling. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently unload and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment and coordinate with carriers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification may be required).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet performance targets.
- Ensure the smooth flow of products through our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a significant advantage. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and commitment to using PPE. Knowledge of inventory management systems and general logistics principles. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Must be reliable and punctual.
