We are actively recruiting skilled Forklift Operators for our large-scale logistics hub in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is critical for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our facility, ensuring that materials are moved safely and effectively from receiving to put-away and from storage to outbound shipping docks. You will operate various types of forklifts to manage inventory, load and unload trailers, and support picking and packing operations. A strong commitment to safety is non-negotiable; all operators must be certified, experienced, and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE). We seek individuals who are reliable, possess excellent attention to detail, and can work collaboratively within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your expertise in forklift operation is vital to our supply chain operations. Key duties and responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Transport materials to and from various warehouse locations, supporting all operational areas.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with location management.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
- The job requires physical stamina and the ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support logistics and operations by ensuring timely movement of goods.
- Operate within designated safety zones and follow all site-specific safety guidelines.
