We are hiring dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art warehouse in Provo, Utah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of an order, from picking and packing to preparing items for shipment. Your accuracy and efficiency directly impact customer satisfaction, making this a highly visible and important position within our logistics operations. You'll be working with a variety of products, utilizing warehouse technology, and ensuring that every order is fulfilled with precision. Key tasks include accurately locating and retrieving inventory, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, and generating shipping labels. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on provided documentation.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices to track inventory movements.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, optimizing space.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and manifesting.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety procedures.
- Perform regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs and occasional heavier lifting.
- Comply with all company policies regarding safety, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits as required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
