In this role, you will be involved in various warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, order fulfillment, and preparing items for dispatch. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment, and we expect all associates to adhere to our strict safety protocols and wear all necessary PPE . Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and accurately verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Store and organize products in designated warehouse racks and storage areas.
- Process customer orders by picking items from shelves accurately.
- Pack and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facilities.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all guidelines for the safe handling of materials and the use of PPE .
- Report any workplace hazards or safety concerns immediately to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Must be capable of performing strenuous physical tasks, including repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Commitment to wearing PPE as mandated by company policy and job duties.
