About the role
We are currently seeking an Electrical/Instrumentation Capital Planner Coordinator at our Esterhazy, SK K2 location. The successful candidate will be involved in planning, overseeing, and assisting with electrical and instrumentation scopes associated with various Capital projects. This role will be based out of the K2 location but will capture capital projects at all Esterhazy sites including K1, K2, and K3.
What will you do?
Assist with detailed electrical and instrumentation engineering/planning for various greenfield and brownfield Capital projects at the K1, K2, and K3 locations
Review, approve, and red line detailed electrical loop drawings, P&ID's, and E/I drawings
Assist Project Manager with budgeting electrical and instrumentation scope items within Capital projects
Work closely with site Maintenance and Operations teams to identify and execute electrical associated scopes within Capital projects
Manage contract groups throughout engineering and construction execution phases
Support safety procedures and expectations throughout the project life cycle
What you'll need:
High School/GED is required, Journeyperson - Electrician or Instrumentation is preferred.
Related Experience >5 years
Leadership/communication skills with the ability to get results through others and other disciplines/groups
Organizational skills to assist with a facet paced industrial environment
Proficiency in plant equipment and maintenance standards
Knowledge of operating maintenance systems and associated electrical codes and requirements
Working knowledge of computer software including
SAP
Scheduling Tools
Microsoft based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
