Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Type: Permanent | Up to 40 hours per week (flexible) | Monday – Friday

Salary: £13.50 per hour / £28,080 per annum

Available Positions: 2 Full-time (40 hours) & 1 Part-time (30 hours)

Located in a stunning rural setting, our converted barn nursery is surrounded by fields and features large outdoor play areas suitable for all weather conditions. At Fradley Nursery, children from birth to 5 years can explore, learn, and develop through engaging activities and resources that promote learning through play. We cherish the great outdoors, and our nursery includes open spaces and a bespoke forest school facility for outdoor learning.

This role is ideal for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who has worked with children aged 0-5 years and is eager for an exciting career opportunity.

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Essential
• Experience with babies under 2 years old: Desirable
• Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating: Desirable
• Understanding of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements: Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
