and immerse yourself in daily analytics and reporting. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will enhance our dashboards' quality and performance while transforming large datasets into actionable insights that will shape our business decisions. You'll also have
exposure to AI technologies , exploring how modern LLM tools can innovate our analytics, automation, and internal processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented and motivated individuals who want to develop practical skills in
data modeling, visualization, SQL/Python , and problem-solving. Location & Schedule Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
in
Chicago (or Lincolnshire)
10-week program starting June 2026
( June 1 - August 7 )
Your Responsibilities: Utilize programming and analytics tools to
organize, clean, and analyze data .
Conduct
quality assurance
on existing dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
Support
small data engineering tasks
using
SQL and Python .
Perform
data analysis to validate hypotheses
through analytics and visualization techniques.
Create
Power BI dashboards and reports
to monitor performance and inspire action.
Automate repetitive tasks
to boost team efficiency.
Transform large datasets into
clear and meaningful insights .
Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within our
RV, retail, and digital sectors .
Engage with the team through regular updates on tasks and innovative ideas.
Applied AI Research (Secondary Responsibilities): Research and evaluate
AI tools and frameworks
(e.g., LLM platforms).
Assist with
prompt testing, documentation, and initial prototyping
for internal applications.
Support experiments aimed at enhancing
the reliability and usefulness
of AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in
Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics .
Expected graduation between
December 2025 - July 2027 .
Ability to work
hybrid in Chicago/Lincolnshire
throughout the internship (no relocation/housing stipend offered).
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA .
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Some experience with
SQL
and
data visualization tools
(preferably Power BI).
Strong skills in troubleshooting, data interpretation, and technology.
Basic understanding of
IT fundamentals
(databases, security concepts, troubleshooting).
Excellent
analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail .
Outstanding
written and verbal communication , research, and note-taking abilities.
Ability to
multitask
and thrive in a
fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
Professional demeanor and capability to maintain
strict confidentiality .
Preferred Qualifications (AI Interest): Interest in
AI/LLMs
with a willingness to learn (e.g., prompting, basic RAG concepts).
Proficiency in writing clean, organized code in
Python
(familiarity with JavaScript is a plus).
Program Requirements: Participate in a
Capstone Internship Project , culminating in a
final presentation to Executive Leadership .
