We're hiring a Territory Sales Representative to join our Carrollton, TX sales team. This is an on-site, B2B outside sales role where you'll manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closewhile building lasting relationships with local businesses. This role is ideal for competitive, driven individuals who want uncapped earning potential, hands-on sales training, and a clear path into Field Sales Management. What You'll Do
Begin each day in-office with team strategy sessions, planning, and sales training Prospect new business through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners within your territory Conduct needs-based consultations and present tailored hardware, software, and managed service solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent daily prospecting Provide excellent follow-up and customer care to support long-term retention Who You Are

Bachelor's degree preferred 03 years of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles Background in athletics, student organizations, or high-involvement activities is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Career Growth
