*THE ROLE:*
As an LVT at Lupine, you’ll be a cornerstone of patient care and team culture. You’ll work closely with veterinarians, leadership, and fellow technicians to ensure patients feel safe, clients feel heard, and the hospital runs smoothly. Your skills will allow doctors to focus on medical decision-making while you provide exceptional nursing care, surgical and dentistry support, anesthesia, diagnostics, and client education. Just as importantly, you’ll help set the tone, modeling compassion, professionalism, and curiosity, and supporting teammates as we grow together.
*YOU’LL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU:*
* Are a licensed LVT in Maine (or an experienced technician with advanced skills and knowledge)
* Take pride in thoughtful, high-quality patient care
* Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Are confident with anesthesia monitoring, patient care, and patient assessment
* Practice (or is excited to practice) low-stress, fear-free handling
* Communicate clearly, kindly, and collaboratively
* Enjoy learning, value feedback and want to be part of a growing team
* Are communicative about strengths and growth areas, and eager to keep learning

* Pay range $21-25/hour
* Full-time (32–40 hrs/week)
