*Position Overview*
We are seeking a *licensed Occupational Therapist* to join our interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families. This role focuses on *functional skills, sensory regulation, and participation in daily routines*, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and evidence-based practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a *team-based environment* without being expected to practice outside their scope.
Responsibilities
* Conduct OT evaluations and standardized assessments
* Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
* Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation
* Collaborate with BCBAs to align OT and ABA goals appropriately
* Provide caregiver education and training
* Participate in team meetings and progress reviews
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
* Uphold ethical and professional standards of Occupational Therapy practice
Qualifications
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current state OT license in Kentucky
* NBCOT certification
* Experience working with pediatric populations
* Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
