We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Technical Manager. You will be responsible for the technical management of several sites, including building maintenance and follow-up on maintenance requests. If you are autonomous, responsive, have excellent capabilities, and a strong sense of customer service, this position is for you. You will play a key role in the continuous operation of the sites and will be responsible for managing technical work while ensuring quality service. Your tasks: - Organize technical activities - Control and monitor activities, and follow up on monthly maintenance activities - Be the contact person for client representatives - Plan the work of caretakers and provide internal documents and for audits - Initiate and ensure follow-up on minor tasks in emergency service - Ensure follow-up including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI) Your profile: - CFC in the relevant field - Good knowledge in the technical field of buildings and projects - Experience in team management - Knowledge of German is a plus, along with a good command of standard tools (MS Office) - Comfortable with pronounced customer tasks, strong team spirit - Flexible with regards to travel - Sense of responsibility We are represented in about fifty countries and our roughly [insert number] employees give ISS a multicultural face.
