Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner for systems to join our team in Echandens, Switzerland. In this key role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our primary stakeholders. Development of systems (ERP, personnel, HCM, etc.) in close collaboration with the business units and execution of releases and management of testing. Gathering and managing business requirements. Methodical analysis, concept development, and project tracking for clinics in all their phases. Ensuring collaboration between sectors and between clinics (1st/2nd Level Support) and support from outsourcing partners. Leading the product vision and strategy for the systems in alignment with business objectives, and engaging with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear and actionable items for the development team. Facilitating review and retrospective meetings during sprints, ensuring the smooth execution of the Agile development process. Regularly liaising between sectors to present new features and gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders. Analyzing system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in systems to drive innovation and improvement. Requirements Master’s degree in systems and business management. Over 5 years of experience in product ownership or a similar role, preferably in healthcare systems, with a good understanding of system architecture and concepts. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred. Good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Opale, Therefore, Polypoint PEP). Strong understanding of development processes, particularly regarding Agile methodologies, project management, and quality management. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Proven experience in product delivery and stakeholder management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear narrative stories. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical domain specialists. High degree of independence, strong analytical skills, and good facilitation abilities. Bilingual in German and French with a good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
