To strengthen its production teams, we are recruiting for their future: CNC Setter (M/F)Your responsibilities:* Perform settings and start-up on CNC milling machines (Bumotec, Robodrill, or Lancer) and ensure the follow-up of production of watch case components* Carry out dimensional and visual self-checks* Use measuring tools to guarantee tolerances* Ensure the monitoring of data and productions* Detect, analyze, and correct any deviationsYour profile:* Micromechanics qualification or equivalent title* Proven experience in micromechanics and high-end watchmaking* Autonomy on CNC milling machine* Basic knowledge* Mastery of measuring instruments* Excellent dexterity and attention to detail* Rigor, reliability, and autonomy* Team spirit and good interpersonal skillsWhat we offer you:* A solid and recognized watchmaking group* A stimulating technical and human environment* Good working conditions* Opportunities for development and continuous improvementAre you ready to take on a new technical challenge in a stimulating environment?
