Senior Software Sales Advisor — London or Fully Remote. You will join one of the fastest-growing segments in the IT industry, acting as WWT’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) subject matter expert and crafting sales strategies that guide customers through their licensing journeys. You will interact with virtually all levels of the company and sell into senior leadership personnel. You will forge relationships with OEM sales and product teams to provide insights that shape future GTM offers. You will present at company-wide sales meetings and create public-facing sales collateral for our platform. There is a well-defined career path for the right candidate. WWT is investing heavily in EMEA and APAC to offer a market-leading proposition to customers, comprising mostly FTSE 100 organisations. What will you be doing?
As a Senior Software Advisor you are responsible for supporting software pre-sales activities. You will identify EA sales opportunities, educate customers and sales teams on the benefits of EAs, enable operational efficiencies in quoting, and ensure proper processes are followed to execute contracts. You will play an integral role in developing growth strategy as we expand further into EMEA. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, and driven to deliver customer delight. You will engage directly with customers, be a thought leader, and ensure a consistent process to support customer product/feature requests over a contract term. You should be able to grow into additional responsibilities and have a focus on growing revenue and gross profit, working with the financing teams to craft payment solutions that fit customers’ budgets. Responsibilities: Have a strong knowledge of Cisco/AppD/Meraki software buying programs Develop knowledge over time on other software OEM buying programs prevalent in the EMEA customer base Understand and present on WWT EA+ methodology Lead the building of complex proposals for large EAs, including financial modelling, financing and post-sale CX support and adoption strategies Develop strong internal relationships and strong OEM relationships Develop growth plan to ensure profitable growth in EAs expanding into EMEA Establish and maintain subscription program and product knowledge required to deliver operational excellence Assist in developing SAs and CSMs to grow and achieve for the benefit of the team Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex customer challenges Proven track record of introducing new ideas and processes to deliver a better customer experience Cisco software product and program knowledge a plus Strong project or process development skills Lead conversations with all levels of Corporate structure Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments Proven experience developing strong working relationships with peers and project members Strong business acumen Highly organized with the ability to toggle between tasks and areas of focus Experience working with and supporting consumption and cloud offers is a plus Strong presentation skills A second language would be beneficial but not essential
