Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation, working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team Build new products using the latest tech such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more Experiment, assess and integrate with various tech platforms and vendors to deliver value faster Lay the foundation for our engineering standards so we can successfully scale our team and business Who you are
You have 4+ years of software engineering experience and a track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale You are customer-obsessed, creative and hungry. You can translate high-level business/product ideas into deployed engineering solutions You are independent yet collaborative, and you always go the extra mile to help your team You have experience standing up and managing infrastructure and are comfortable and excited to mentor multiple engineers About this role
This is a salaried position with a target range of $180,000 - $230,000 (depending on experience), equity package and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options). The role is onsite in either San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY, offering the opportunity to work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Being in-person enables real-time collaboration, fosters creative problem-solving, and strengthens the connections that drive innovation and impact.
