Brainlabs has always been a culture-first company. From the very beginnings we documented a set of shared principles in The Brainlabs Handbook, later refined into The Brainlabs Culture Code. This code contains twelve principles that define what it means to be a Brainlabber, a commitment to continuous development and a company we can all be proud of.
