About Us We are launching a new division under the Workplace Futures Group — a start-up environment backed by the financial security of a well-established business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a consulting and recruitment administration team at the ground floor, helping us build processes and systems that will shape the future of our client services.
Role Overview As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial and recruitment operations. You’ll ensure smooth coordination of sales processes, manage administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the urgency of sales and commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales administration support : Manage documentation, contracts, and client records.
Process coordination : Track sales activities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely follow-up.
System implementation : Assist with the rollout and adoption of Bullhorn CRM.
Client support : Provide responsive communication and coordination for external clients.
Collaboration : Work closely with consultants and recruiters to align sales and operational priorities.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in sales coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
