Summary: The Overnight Residential DSP is responsible for providing support to adults with developmental disabilities in both home and community settings. The care is compassionate and unrestrictive and strives to help the person being supported with a meaningful life. DSPs will provide support with life skill management, relationships, and provide new experiences and opportunities. Additionally, day-to-day tasks such as personal care, cleaning, medication administration, and record keeping are required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direct support in accordance with each Individual Support Plan (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
• Provide appropriate levels of supervision and support as indicated in the plan(s).
• Offers activities that are individualized and person-centered.
• Provides support on an individualized basis in making choices in achieving life skills, community integration, and participation.
• Maintain the health and safety of those assigned and provide safe rides for community engagement.
• Support individuals with daily personal tasks, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, preparing meals, and feeding.
• Provide support with housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washing dishes, completing laundry, and tidying up.
• Administer medications.
• Complete all required documentation, including electronic documentation.
• Complete Event Reports and behavior data according to program requirements.

• Starting Pay at $15 per Hour and up to $20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
