Do you love engaging with people, creating excitement, and driving results? We're looking for someone to represent AT&T at retail stores, retail activations, and community engagements. The Sales Support Representative acts as the face of AT&T, sparking conversations and showcasing AT&T's products in order to help in store customers discover the best wireless and fiber solutions. It's perfect for somebody who's outgoing, motivated, and ready for a career in a booming industry.

What You'll Do as a Sales Support Representative:

  • Interact with customers at retail stores, promotions, and community activations, sparking conversations and creating excitement around AT&T products.
  • Present and sell AT&T wireless, internet, and fiber solutions by delivering engaging demonstrations and clearly explaining how each service meets customer needs.
  • Deliver memorable customer experiences by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding individuals toward the best solutions while achieving event sales goals.
  • Assist in setting up and managing event displays, booths, and promotional materials to ensure a professional and inviting presentation.
  • Track leads, sales, and event performance metrics, providing feedback to management to improve future event strategies.
  • Collaborate with event and retail teams to maximize impact, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times, representing AT&T with confidence and enthusiasm in diverse event settings.
  • Represent AT&T with integrity, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and delivering consistent messaging.

What You'll Need As A Sales Support Representative:

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently present and sell products in event settings.
  • Performance-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or event marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, high-energy environments.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

This is a commission-based role where your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to connect with customers will define your success.

Pay: $3, $4,400.00 per month
