About The Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work from Home TurboTax Product Experts. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for TurboTax customers, providing expert assistance on a variety of product-related questions and basic tax-related inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to help users navigate the TurboTax software, addressing issues related to downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, filing, and understanding basic tax concepts. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while earning competitive pay and bonuses.

Qualifications
To succeed as a TurboTax Product Expert, candidates should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided. Candidates should be proficient in using computers and internet applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools. Empathy, patience, and clarity in communication are essential qualities for effectively assisting customers. A basic understanding of tax concepts is helpful but not required, as the role emphasizes a desire to learn and assist customers with varying levels of tax knowledge.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries related to TurboTax products and software functionalities.
  • Guiding customers through downloading, logging in, and navigating the TurboTax platform.
  • Assisting users with importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns.
  • Addressing basic tax questions and helping customers understand fundamental tax concepts.
  • Supporting customers in troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Participating in certification training and ongoing support sessions to stay updated on product features and best practices.
  • Adhering to scheduled work hours and minimum weekly hours to ensure consistent support coverage.
