Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Professional to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a passion for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. This position plays a key role in ensuring high occupancy rates, maintaining resident satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, engage, and build relationships with prospective residents, conducting tours and highlighting community features and amenities.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in both English and Spanish.
  • Explain lease terms, application procedures, and community policies to potential residents.
  • Process lease applications, verify applicant information, and prepare leasing documents accurately.
  • Assist with resident move-ins, renewals, and move-outs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, occupancy data, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to attract new residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns, coordinating maintenance requests, and fostering a positive community environment.
  • Participate in community events, open houses, and resident appreciation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and (second language) required (spoken and written).
  • 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar).
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
