Paws 'n' Claws Veterinary Hospital is a busy, family-owned two-doctor practice looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our front desk crew. If you love people, pets, and a fast-paced environment—and want to work somewhere that feels like family—we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and their pets with a smile & a warm, friendly attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the day running smoothly
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and explain invoices
• Work closely with doctors and technicians to support patient care
• Help create a positive experience for every client, every visit

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Veterinary CSR experience (required)
• Veterinary hospital experience is a must
• Cornerstone software experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to being on time for every scheduled shift
• Positive, team-player attitude—even on busy days
• Bi-lingual a plus
