Job Summary
Rhodes Hieronumus is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney who has a strong focus on research, writing, and analytical advocacy. This position involves drafting high-level legal documents and supporting litigation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, legal briefs, memoranda, discovery responses, and appellate documents
• Perform in-depth legal research on complex issues
• Analyze statutes, case law, and regulations
• Assist with litigation strategy development
• Support attorneys with written submissions for hearings and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
• Experience drafting dispositive motions or appellate briefs preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
