As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Assist in inventory management and food storage practices.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
• Participate in menu planning and development as needed.
• Support dietary needs by preparing specialized meals when required.

Skills

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar food industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
• Proficient in meal preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
• A passion for culinary arts with a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
