Hawaii Coffee Company is the largest roaster of Kona Coffee in the world and Hawaii's leading supplier of coffee to the Island's hotels, restaurants, and retail stores. The company's products are also available throughout the Western US, Japan, and Korea as well as through its website primarily under the LION or Royal Kona brands. In addition, the company manufactures Hawaiian Islands Tea, a premium line of hot and iced teas.
The company's primary roasting, manufacturing and distribution facility is in Honolulu, Hawaii. In addition, the company operates a coffee mill in Kona as well as sourcing coffee from numerous other origins.
POSITION SUMMARY
The eCommerce Manager manages eCommerce programs and fulfillment operations for Hawaii Coffee Company. Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, developing and executing eCommerce business strategy by managing the eCommerce websites, marketplaces, and all digital channels. Additionally, the eCommerce Manger will monitor pricing, sales goals, and oversee daily operations. The eCommerce Manager partners with the Director of eCommerce as well as work cross-functionally with other departments within the organization to achieve overall business objectives. The eCommerce manager works closely with vendors related to the eCommerce and digital programs of the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Regular attendance on-site in Honolulu is required.
- Drive expansion for an established and growing multichannel eCommerce program, including two Big Commerce stores, and marketplace programs with Amazon, Walmart, and more.
- Manage day-to day operations of eCommerce stores and team (two Customer Service Representatives and three Fulfillment Associates).
- Manage key vendors and vendor relationships in the execution of the company digital strategy.
- Manage key digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, and other channels.
- Manage customer service team, ensuring timely and accurate support for company customer support programs.
- Handle day to day management of the 3PL team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product.
- Provide necessary support for demand planning, reporting, and other key business KPI's to support needs of production team while ensuring uninterrupted supply of product for consumers.
- Manage wholesale accounts for Marketplace sellers, setting pricing, facilitating ordering, and providing support as needed to the accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Four-year college or university). MBA desired.
- 5+ Years of experience in increasingly senior digital marketing and management roles, with experienced in consumer product categories strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in B to C eCommerce.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of various analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to summarize key data for C-level executives.
- Hands on experience in managing key digital marketing programs, including SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, and other channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in partnering across organization to deliver key company goals.
- Leadership experience includes managing and developing team members from a variety of backgrounds. Build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Time management ability to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters to meet the company demands.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and syndicated data reporting.
