Opening Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional guest relations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
