Duties

• Handle food with care, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Support catering events by preparing and presenting food items according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate food service operations during busy periods.

Skills

• Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly valued.
• Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
• Proficiency in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Excellent knife skills and meal preparation abilities.
• Knowledge of the food industry standards for catering and large-scale food service operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Take phone calls professionally and accept online orders.
• Speak English
