We're Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Location:
 Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital – Rushville, IL

Schedule:
 Full-time | 3×12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

Includes:
 Rotating weekends & holidays

Sign-On Bonus:

Duties:

• Accurately triage patients and prioritize care based on physical and psychological needs
• Perform thorough assessments and re-evaluations as conditions change
• Communicate effectively with providers and team members for timely interventions
• Administer medications, manage IVs and central lines, and monitor diagnostic results
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (new grads welcome)
• Current RN license in the State of Illinois
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
• TNCC preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
