Front Desk Office Coordinator

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office logistics, and assisting with administrative tasks. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, we want to hear from you

• Welcome clients and visitors to the tax office in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
• Assist with client intake forms and data entry
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Process and file tax returns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus

Off Season Hours (April 15th to Jan. 15th)

• M-TH 8:45am – 5pm
• F 8:45am -2pm

Tax Season Hours (Jan. 15th to April 15th)

• Variable 8 hr. Schedule, 40+ hrs. per week
• M-F 7:45 – 8pm
• Saturdays 8:45 -5
